Sangeeta Bijlani would be gracing the stage of Indian Idol 15 as a special guest very soon. A new promo from the show has hit the social media, which features Sangeeta talking about her relationship with Salman Khan.
In the video, a contestant in front of Sangeeta asks her about the rumors of her and Salman’s wedding cards being printed before the ceremony was canceled. Manasi Ghosh, contestant, is seen asking Sangeeta if rumor can be confirmed.
The response also makes Vishal Dadlani, one of the judges at this moment, open up by asking Sangeeta to continue with the story. At which point, she says, “Jhoot toh nahi tha (It wasn’t a lie).”And that response leaves the rest of everyone, including judges Shreya Ghoshal and Vishal Dadlani, shocked, and that’s how the clip ends. Vishal urged her to tell more but Sangeeta refused to elaborate.
According to the actress Sangeeta Bijlani, on her equation with ex-partner Salman Khan, she said that some relationships could not stand the test of time. Sangeeta dated Salman for a decade and was almost ready to tie the knot.
When asked what connection has maintained over time, Sangeeta Bijlani relayed how she and Salman Khan dated for 10 years.
What Bijlani said about the aspect of her having with Salman Khan: Some of these relations cannot break over time. Sangeeta and Salman spent almost a decade together and were, actually, about to get married.
Sangeeta Bijlani, who married cricketer Mohammed Azharuddin, had bid adieu to her career in Bollywood. She continues to have a good rapport with Salman Khan and attends events organized by him regularly.
