Gauri Khan- Personal Life
Gauri Khan is the daughter of Savita and Colonel Ramesh Chandra Chhibber. Gauri Chhibber was born on 8 October 1970 in Delhi. Both parents come from Hoshiarpur and are Hindus. She spent most of her childhood in the suburbs of Panchsheel Park in Delhi, where she studied at Loreto Convent School for junior classes.
She attended high school at Modern School Vasant Vihar, New Delhi. Finally, Gauri graduated from Lady Shri Ram College with a B.A. (Hons.) in History. Alongside her studies, she followed a short six-month course in fashion designing from the National Institute of Fashion Technology and acquired skills of tailoring from her father’s involvement in the garment business.
Marriage and Family
While still Delhi in 1984, GS and SRK first became acquainted before SRK found fame in Bollywood. A wedding after a preliminary six years of courtship saw the couple wedded in the Hindu tradition on 25 October 1991. Aryan, their son, was soon born in 1997, after which a daughter, Suhana, joined the family in 2000. They welcomed their third child, son AbRam, born through surrogacy, in 2013.

Red Chillies Entertainment is a film production and distribution company set up in 2002 by Gauri Khan and her husband, Shah Rukh Khan. It came about through the evolution of Dreamz Unlimited, which was started by the couple in 1999.
Gauri Khan is now co-chairperson and the main producer for all films being released under Red Chillies Entertainment. She was the producer of Farah Khan’s first film, “Main Hoon Na,” which was released commercially with success as the second-highest-grossing film of the year. This specific store has a specialized collection of furniture including designs made by Gauri Khan and many other Indian designers.
