Sonu Sood declares that He will be giving Every Penny of his Upcoming Film ‘Fateh’ to Old-age Homes and Orphanages
Actor Sonu Sood expresses his feelings regarding the importance of the upcoming movie, Fateh, that fights against the scourge of cybercrime.
On Saturday, actor Sonu Sood participated in the third season of the initiative focused on spreading awareness and tackling drug abuse, called #DrugFreeFuture, as part of the Gift City Run in Ahmedabad. While speaking to ANI, the actor commented: “It feels wonderful to see people and such fit people coming up early morning. One can see the enthusiasm among them… It feels proud to see so many people run, you feel like running with them.”
The Fateh action film’s next lead, Sood, announced plans to donate all the earnings from the film to old age homes and orphanages.

In a statement to ANI, Sonu Sood on Fateh said, “Fateh is a film inspired by cybercrime where people face cyber fraud every day. So, it is an action film on that… It will sensitize the audience about safety against cybercrime… Fateh is a film meant for the people of the nation. We will try to send the collection of the films to old age homes and orphanages.”
Amidst all this, Fateh is a film replete with drama: between courage, between endurance, and between standing against cyber crime. The film is said to be based on real incidents of cybercrime that people faced during the pandemic caused by COVID-19.
Fateh is a Sonu Sood film alongside Jacqueline Fernandez, Vijay Raaz, and Naseeruddin Shah. The film has been produced by Shakti Sagar Productions and Zee Studios.
A few prominent names from Hollywood including the cinematographer, research team, and action choreography have been brought into the project.

Well, it seems that the winning cast for __ really got better, as we got the exclusive news that veteran actor Naseeruddin Shah now joins the cast of this upcoming Sonu Sood-starrer, which presumably would be produced by the actor as well. A source said that by now, Shah has finished filming most of his parts in the film and that “he will be playing a pivotal role, driving the story of the movie”.

In an earlier announcement, the film makers featured the teaser that created buzz around the movie. Sonu has shared the teaser clip on his official handle on X (earlier known as Twitter). The teaser starts with a sentence that says ‘Never underestimate a nobody;’ and swiftly moves ahead to a voice-over where Sonu Sood converses with another person, correcting, “I killed 50, not 40, on March 19.” “You’ll never find those ten bodies,” he added and “Bhagvaan unki atma ko shanti de” as well.
“Sood shared the teaser captioning on X, saying, “AA RAHA HOON…Action speaks louder than words. #Fateh! Get ready for the biggest,” treat the audiences with an action-packed thrill ride!”
Fateh’ produced by sonali sood for shakti sagar productions along with umesh kr bansal for zee studios will be released on 10th January 2025.
