Rakesh Roshan opens up about his relationship with his daughter-in-law Sussanne Khan after her split from his son Hrithik Roshan.

In a romantic film, it is only natural when two individuals falling in love are backed by those watching them. If this union is not made due to any valid reason, then a lot of hearts break. There are occasions when this happens offscreen sadly too.

The great pair that would never break up, according to the fans, Bollywood Greek God Hrithik Roshan and his ex-wife, Sussanne Khan, were seen really in love and blessed to have two gorgeous sons-Hrehaan Roshan and Hridaan Roshan. Hence, when they announced their divorce after 14 years of happy marriage in 2014, fans were shocked. Well, maybe they have parted ways, but Sussanne will always remain a family to her father-in-law, Rakesh Roshan.

Rakesh Roshan discussed the Split between his Son and Ex-Daughter-in-Law

Rakesh Roshan, in a recent interview with Yuvaa, discussed the split between his son Hrithik Roshan and his ex-daughter-in-law Sussanne Khan. Rakesh Roshan said that whatever happened between the couple is different. But, from his perspective, his bond with Sussanne remains-they are family. Rakesh Roshan exact words were: “Whatever has happened, has happened between the couple, for me Sussanne is Sussanne. They were the ones who fell in love, they were the ones who had a misunderstanding, and they have to solve it. For us, she came to our house, and she is still a member of the house.”

Hrithik and Sussanne Decided to Separate from Each Other

It has been over ten long years since Hrithik and Sussanne decided to separate from each other, but they remained good friends in raising their lovely sons. At times, they are spotted having fun together like buddies. A couple of years back, Hrithik fell in love again with actor and musician Saba Azad. Sussanne, on the other hand, is now dating Arslan Goni, brother of a television star Aly Goni.

The film lovers, at present, are waiting for the official announcement for Krrish 4 by Rakesh Roshan and Hrithik Roshan. The fans are equally keen to find out the name of the new heroine opposite Hrithik. Let us just wait and see!

About Couple

The couple parted ways in 2013 and got officially divorced in 2014, ending their union of 13 years. The ex-couple remained silent regarding their broken marriage; nobody divulged the reasons for it.

In the year 2000, Hrithik Roshan married Sussanne Khan, and together they have boy children Hrehaan and Hridhaan. Now, the question is, whether their separation affected their relationship with their children?

Well, they have decided to remain friends for the sake of their kids. In fact, Sussanne in some way supported her ex-husband in the notorious ‘Hrithik-Kangana controversy’. She tweeted that the pictures leaked by the Queen actress were all morphed. The ex-couple is often spotted together with their kids on various holidays and also at family dinners! They are doing all this for a better upbringing of their children, and we appreciate it.

But alas, with time, people grow apart, and not all fairytale love stories manage to end with a happy ending. Be it as it may, we are happy that Hrithik and Sussanne have remained good friends for the sake of the welfare of their children.
