The popular TV series Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin (GHKPM) is soon set to experience the next leap. In an EXCLUSIVE conversation with Pinkvilla, Bhavika Sharma, the current leading lady of GHKPM confirmed her exit while also speaking at length about all the interesting stuff related to what’s in the next chapter.

Bhavika Sharma Confirms Leaving

Further adding that it was also for seeing the culmination of the ongoing story line and all the actors onscreen, said the versatile actress who joined in 2023. Bhavika during a talk with Pinkvilla says, “Yes, we are moving ahead with the leap. No one is going to be on the show. They will start a new chapter, a new season with an altogether different story.”.

To this question of how her track will end Bhavika said that she has no clue about the climax of the story. She further added that the current cast is likely to wind up their shoot by January 2025 and then show will shift towards its new phase.

After the exit of Ayesha Singh and Neil Bhatt in 2023, a new female lead Bhavika Sharma was introduced. They were paired opposite Shakti Arora, who played Ishaan. A 7-year leap in June 2024 sealed Shakti Arora’s exit from the show.

Bhavika is playing Savi in the current track, and her on-screen partner, Rajat is Hitesh Bharadwaj. Their track has been really popular so far but makers are taking very bold new directions, and there is curiosity amongst viewers to see what is being planned for leap ahead.

As Bhavika bid adieu to Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, the fans were very curious to know what she has in store for herself in the near future. Whether she is returning on the screen immediately, she said, “If I get good offers, why not.” That means that she is all for exploring new things on the television screens but perhaps in a more diversified and challenging role.

Ever since its launching, Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin had done pretty well on the TRP charts based on drama and emotional depth to the relatability of its characters. As the show got many leaps in the changes seen in the casts over the course of time by reinventing themselves every time when they were trying to survive alive.

Ayesha Singh and Neil Bhatt had to leave, and Bhavika Sharma and Shakti Arora came in to further the story. This journey of both of them has changed the outlook of the story. The current track with Bhavika and Hitesh carries the legacy of success for the show.

What to Expect from the New Leap

The writers did not explain what story would come out after the jump but instead revealed that they will be an entirely different cast and story. What an awesome show for viewers that loved the original one too would be because new change is actually what the producers want: new and fresh. This means that the new cast is certainly not going to cheer up the audiences of the current episodes, but the new cast along with their tales would certainly bring immense pleasure in watching.

Legacy of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin

GHKPM is such a case in particular, and precisely this has seen the serials succeed – for they change over time. This show ranges right from touching romance to action drama of family sagas for purely keeping pace with the shift of viewership’s preference. For the next course of leaping into a sequel, it gears up all sets for yet another round of drama. And waits for all die-hard fanatics on a bated breadth of breath from what in their next set there is to serve them.

Bhavika Sharma, in her last statement about leaving Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, concluded the most unforgettable chapter of this show. With a new storyline and cast coming in, this leap is all set to give new energy to the series. A rejuvenated narrative is on the cards for fans, and so is Bhavika Sharma’s journey beyond GHKPM.
