Pushpa 2 Box Office: Allu Arjun Ready to Break Baahubali 2 Opening Day Records
The most awaited film of Allu Arjun, Pushpa 2, The Rule, is going to break the box office records. It might be the last of the opening day records as high as this since Baahubali 2: The Conclusion nearly eight years ago, when it brought in ₹133 crore on opening day when released in 2017. Industry observers are of the opinion that Pushpa 2 would be nothing less than a super record-breaker on Day One, but it must also set a new benchmark also for Indian cinema. Going by the early estimates, they predict that the film comfortably goes to ₹150 cr in the first day whereas a high-end expectation can reach up to ₹180 cr. Let’s decompose the expected collections:
- North India: This one looks very sure at least for ₹65 cr. gross and could even turn out to be an opening record as well for this circuit.
- Nizam (Telangana): The prices will most certainly yield the film more than ₹30 cr. from that place.
- Andhra Pradesh: Beating opening with RRR – The possibility of going past ₹49 cr. looks impossible, though; still, there’s a possibility to be the highest second opener at Devara level and ₹39.5 cr.
- Other South India States: Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Kerala will add up to ₹25 cr to ₹30 cr.
