Rekha says she watches regularly: ‘Ek Ek Dialogue Yaad Hai’
Amitabh Bachchan’s Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC) seems to be doing quite well with Rekha too, hinting that she is indeed a fan among millions of other Indians. In her latest appearance on The Great Indian Kapil Show, the actress told the host and comedian Kapil Sharma that she remembers every line from the show.
Rekha Responds To Kapil’s Amitabh Imitation
Rekha ji then went to The Great Indian Kapil Show and spoke about her life and work. Kapil also spoke about being on KBC as a guest. He said, “While we were playing KBC with Bachchan sahab, my mother was seated in the front row.”
Kapil then imitates Amitabh and continues, “He asked her, ‘Devi ji, kya kha ke paida kiya (What did you eat before giving birth to him)?’ Then, before Kapil could even continue, Rekha ji interrupted, revealing his mother’s response: “Daal-roti.” Kapil confirmed that this was indeed her response. Rekha ji smiled and added, “Mujhse puchiye na, ek ek dialogue yaad hai (Ask me, I remember each and every line of dialogue).”
Rekha and Amitabh worked Together
