Dhanashree Verma Shares Emotional Pics with Mother Amid Yuzvendra Chahal Split Rumours

Recently, popular choreographer and social media influencer Dhanashree Verma has been in the midst of hot gossip regarding her personal life. The news about her divorce from cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal has gone viral on social media, and fans and followers are eagerly dissecting her every post. Adding fuel to the fire, Dhanashree recently posted pictures with her mother on Instagram, which has further intensified the chatter about her relationship status.

The Instagram post that fueled speculations

On Sunday, Dhanashree posted a series of pictures with her mother on Instagram. The pictures show Dhanashree resting her head on her mother’s shoulder with her eyes closed, looking somber and reflective. Though the post was simple, it soon found itself in the limelight as fans interpreted it as a sign that she might have returned to her family home amidst ongoing rumours of marital discord.

The comments on the post pointed out curiosity and concern from the fans:

“Apne ghar chali gai (She has moved back to her house),” one speculated.

“I don’t know who is at fault but also it’s none of my business to come to a conclusion and start abusing someone in their comment section,” wrote another while asking people to hold off judgments.

However, a few people bashed the post and claimed that it was staged: “She never posted her mom on Instagram, after getting trolled she started playing the victim card lol.”

Though fans reacted in all different ways, there was a general feeling from all of them. They are highly interested in her personal life and want a clarification.

About Dhanashree and Yuzvendra’s Relationship

She is a dentist by profession and now a choreographer who got limelight from her dance videos and her show in the much-popular reality show, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa. She got engaged with the great Indian cricketer, Yuzvendra Chahal, on 8 August 2020, and later on 22 December 2020, they got married in a grand ceremony in Gurugram.

However, rumours began doing the rounds early this month about problems in their marriage. Fans noticed the couple unfollowing each other on Instagram, which ignited speculations worldwide. Whispers about a divorce spread instead, and neither Dhanashree nor Yuzvendra has confirmed nor denied these rumours.

Dhanashree Breaks Her Silence

Putting out a beautiful note on Instagram Stories regarding the never-ending gossip, Dhanashree said that she was not talking about the divorce rumour, but she was giving a glimpse of her mood.

She further said:

“The past few days have been really tough for my family and me. What is really upsetting is the baseless writing, devoid of fact-checking, and the character assassination of my reputation by faceless trolls spreading hate.”

Dhanashree further said how dedicated she was to her career and integrity:

I have worked very hard for so many years and built my name and integrity. My silence is not weakness but strength. While negativity is easily spread over the internet, it takes great courage and compassion to raise the others.

Most of the fans appreciated Dhanashree about being grace and dignity with public scrutiny in her words.

Social Media Reactions

Since the cryptic Instagram note and pictures with her mother have divided the online community, while a few fans were sympathetic and wrote that people should respect the couple’s privacy, others kept accusing Dhanashree of trying to garner attention due to the controversy.

One user was, “Let them sort out their personal life, guys. Just stop trolling.” Another said it was hypocritical to be putting personal moments up online while trying to be private.
